I recently lost all my software as my windows 7 crashed. No virus no warning. I had a back up but none of my Vectric file were saved. I lost my V Carve 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, and 6.5. I also lost my 3D cut as well as my photo V Carve. I wrote Vertric a email with all my information Hopeing I can re download the programs.
Has anyone had this happen and has Vertric let them re download since the programs were paid for.

Vectric will take care of you, no problem.

Email to support@vectric.com preferably with the same email address you used when purchasing your software. They will give you new download links....

Most likely you will only be able to download VCP 6.5 as it is a single license that has been transferred to the newer versions over time, but that is all you need as it has all the features of the previous versions.
