Possible version discrepancy

Post by esteeme1 »

I’m not sure if I’m posting in the correct topic ……. I upgraded to Aspire v3.504 yesterday and all seemed well. I started working today and now, when I calculate a toolpath using the offset function the program ignores the bounding box and calculates the toolpath all the way to the edges. There are no issues with the bounding box and I have created several.

The following are some of the things I have attempted:
Checked my bounding box for open vectors (none)
Re drew new bounding box (same thing)
Migrated all component to a new file (no joy)
Tried to open a known good file and create an offset tool path (same thing
Re loaded the system (still no help)

I don’t know what to do at this point. Can I uninstall the patch by simply deleting the patch from the program file?
I’m running Windows 7 64bit.

Thanks for the help.

OK problem has cleared up the only thing I can think of is that my security program was running a scan in the background. I know this was a technical support issue but thanks for listening anyway.
