Filnally pulled the indexer out from under the table where it had been languishing for the past four years. Not as nice as Jim's work, but a start...

I finally got my 4th axis running / testing.

The machine is a Atlas Knee mill 9 x 42
Control Software Mach3
Cut length 36+ inches
Cut Diameter 6+ inches
Alignment of A axis is along X

Here is a couple of pictures of the setup.
I used a rotary table that I had. I think the ratio
is 72:1
