I am looking at purchasing a Diamond Drag tool for the shop. I did a search of the forum, and only found the Widgitworks model. Is this the only commercial tool available, or is it the only worth buying? I want to get a decent quality tool since I will be using it at work.
Any comments from current users, positive or negative? Is there others worth looking at?
thanks
John

by their price (as it is really low) you might think they are hobby tools... however their quality amontg the best... they are manufacturer...

Re: Diamond Drag Tool
John,
There are many places to get the actual Diamond Drag tool.
Widgitworks adds to this with their Diamond Drag holder.
The only other Tool that I've found is this one made by 2linc
Its a little pricey.
I have not used either one of these tools

Re: Diamond Drag Tool
Have a look at this thread, http://www.vectric.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=4772
A couple of members have made holders for the readily available diamond drag tools.
Because they do not spin, the holder is easily made.
Greg
PS: This is where I purchased mine, http://www.diamondtool.com/diaengrav.html

Thanks for the replies Guys.
I decided to go with the widgetworks model.
I'll let you know how it works when I get it.
Thanks again.
