spoil board
I found this interesting material to use for a spoil board on my router. It is a honey comb like material made of HDPE and has 1/4" holes in it that you can use drywall anchors for hold downs. It is 2" thick and I screwed it down to the regular bed. see the pictures Dan

Re: spoil board
That looks like interesting stuff. But I am guessing it would drive me a little crazy, trying to keep chips from getting stuck in those holes.

Re: spoil board
Hello Dan,
That honeycomb spoil board looks to be a very sturdy work surface and offers some great clamping ability with the holes that are spread across the surface. Do you have any details where this can be found and is it reasonably priced? Thanks for posting the pictures and information for us.
