adding vectors to clip art

I'd like to add the window pane vectors to the bottom side of the clip art as shown on attached picture to add support for the flower pedals as I'd like to cut through and use this as a door window cover. Any guidance?

There are 3D tabs in the Clipart that you could add (merge) with the file.

Awesome Mike. This is my firs post. Thanks for advice. I'll work on that tomorrow. I'm sure my next question will be how to assign which item is on top???
