So I'm making a name puzzle. The problem I have is the interior corners of the pockets are not square. How can I make them round? I am using VAGRounded. The letters that I cutout are rounded inside and outside corners.
Thanks, Keith

Lots of different ways. Use the fillet tool or the offset tool with a double offset or (depending on the end result) use the inlay toolpath or use the radius all corners gadget.

Not sure I am 100% sure what you are trying to do, screenshots or pictures are always a great help.
If you are cutting a pocket in a board for the letters to fit into then the inlay toolpath will do what you want
