Bumpy 3D image

My design has bumps where I believe it should be smooth. Other parts look great. It is a v3m file from Design&Make. I used a 90 degree bit.

Thoughts?

The files are designed to be cut with a 1/8" ballnose bit. Using a 90 degree v-bit could give odd results depending on the stepover.
