Crib Board Help

Post by InstrumentTech »

Hi.

I'm trying to create this crib board. I'm having some trouble in I'm not sure what to do about the inside edge of the 3D model. It looks like it's cutting into the sides.

Any suggestions on how I can clean this up? Attached is a preview. I tried to upload the .crv file but it seems to be too large.

Thanks.

You will probably need to offset the inner oval at least the width of the tool.

Like Bob said, create a offset vector which is used for the boundary of your 3D raster cut. Leave some space so that you can do a profile cut along the edge to clean it up.
