I downloaded the files from the German website with the dinosaur. One of the included files was for a fly. I've scaled the drawing to a size manageable on our benchtop shopbot. The problem is that the interlocking slot is now .125" I would like to increase the size of the slot to .250 to accomodate .250 thick stock. I've tried a few ideas but no luck. Is there an easy way to increase the slot to .25.
I'm attaching the file.

Phil,
You need to draw 0.25" wide rectangular slots that are slightly longer than the original 0.125 slots
Position these over the original slots
Unselect All
Select the original outer shape
Shift + Select the new 0.25" slot
Use the Weld > Subtract tool
This will subtract the new slot from the shape.
Hope this helps,
Tony

Welding works like a charm
Thanks Tony.
Hello, I'm new to all this so if I'm off base it's because I'm just learning. Are you talking about the depth of cut being .125 and you want to change it to .25? I just opened the file, went to 3D view and click on "edit toolpath". That shows the depth as .125". Can't this be changed to .25" and saved?
