simple wood pickets

Hi
i am still very new with vcarve pro.
i need a help to make the attached Pickets from a pine or soft wood.
i have tried to create line or box and could not figure out as how to shape the shape as you see it.
please help

Watch the video tutorial called "Image to Vector Logo". Then let us know what particular step is causing troubles.

After you use the chicken to create vectors, you need to rotate the picket to horizontal and do a little node editing and then fit curves to vectors. Then I'd throw away 3 of the four quadrants as they are distorted in the original picture. Copy the one good one and join back into a full design.
