1 file multiple cuts

Post by Kworks »

I have a cut file that has a foot print of 7x8 inches. I want to cut this file multiple times on a 25"x46" sheet. For the life of me I can not remember the way to step these files over, other then to copy the crv file in a new dwg and make a toolpath of the whole thing. Not bad but the next piece of scrap may a different length and I would have to do it again.

Since you have a ShopBot you can use a feature of the control software "Temporary Zero Points When Cutting Files "

Look in your manual on about page 18. You can also look at the manual online here: ->ShopBot User's Guide
