Help! Text orientation is VERTICAL

Post by joejinky »

I don't know what I did, and I can't figure out how to FIX it, but now when I place text onto material, it come in VERTICAL, and left-ro-right. Rotating the wrapped text results in the first word at the bottom and the last word at the top

I cannot figure out how to set the text placement function back to horizontal.

Which font are you selecting? Any font that starts with an @ symbol will produce vertical text. Change to a font without that and you should be fine.

Wow! FOUR YEARS have passed already?

I am still using my Samson 510 table as a router, and enjoying the $%^& out of V-Carve! What a great program!

I do use the PlasmaCam 'DesignEdge' software for most of my work, but once in a while, V-Carve saves the day. DesignEdge CAN do most of what V-Carve does, but getting the results from DesignEdge is far more labor intensive.

I was searching for forums and found this one. Then, I discovered that I already had an ID here. So I had to try to remember my user name and password, so now I am back, and I will try to visit more than once every four years!
