HI again
Mike this is the file in question
the outside vector cuts the perimeter plus there is an offset that cuts a dado/grove on 3 sides then the scim peel is a shallow pass that is meant to take off the thin layer of melamine so this gable can be glued together with tops and bottoms with tongue and grove joint
cause the cabinets are always changing I need the peel to change with it without losing its 3/4 size
In the end the gable should end up with a grove that follows on 3 sides with a 1/2 setback for a blind dado so far that part of the diagram/file is working.
The last order of business for this expandable gable is to have this scim peel done to the 3 edges and go right to the edge or beyond unlike the blind dado which is set back to expose the particle core for gluing as well this has to follow the original outside vector so it gets sized with the gable
any help to get this last part of the gable finished would be great
