I have some transparent grey.
How will that behave as an edgelit sign?

Every time I look at the pictures of "The Last Supper" Jesus' face looks like a death skull with 2 beautiful big black shiners.
Is it possible for someone to clear this up?
It is what is stopping me from making it.

I think it looks that way because the lighting is coming from the bottom. Very much like shining a flashlight under your chin upwards to the top of your face/forehead. Gives a "skull-scary" appearance. perhaps experimenting with lighting from the sides and/or from both top and bottom in a frame-type contraption may help.

I Love the Praying Hands can you tell me what font you used on the text? Wanting to do the same an give to our pastor as well. Did you light with LED or just leave it as is? Can you discuss the bit you used to carve and the thickness of the material. Any details would be appreciated.
Thanks

Didn't work, the lines didn't light up at all.
Could perhaps have something to do with it that the material was UV treated
Made another one in clear, just finished cutting before we had a power cut, phew.
Then the blade in the bandsaw broke, just as I was doing the last side.
Not My Day :?
