A simple sign I designed and cut with aspire.
Machine: Joe's 4x4 Hybrid
Machine time: approx 1hr
Bit's: 1/4" End mill, 1/4" Ball end mill, 90deg Vbit 1/2"
Material: Pine, Light walnut stain, 3 coats Varathane

Everyone is just contemplating the quality of the finish for pine. ..... dont worry, there are so many posts now on this site, that its hard for people to view them all. Try giving the thread an interesting name like..."NEW VERSION OF ASPIRE NOW AVAILABLE" !!! ...
