My first test cut part with Aspire!

Post by Greasetattoo »

Hey all,
Just did a test model and cutting with a piece of scrap walnut I had..
May use it, in a upcoming project!
Nothing real big, but eh, it was my first with Aspire!

Enjoy!

Nice, Grease. Can we have some details - size, cutter used, stepover? Thanks

Hey Phil,

I used my trusty Beckwith's bits!

Roughing I used .025 stepover .288 28%
Finishing I used .0625 stepover .113 18.1%

Thanks all..

Hey Marv,
I have yet to hook the machine up yet.
But, buy the end of the month (December), hope to have it running...

I am going to start a little sign business and pay for the machine and my Aspire upgrade! :D
Then I will be able to do bigger!

I will let you know, when the chips start flying :!:
