Small Raccoon
Inspired by Scotts work I thought I'd give something small a try.
It's a Raccoon in a tree but since I didn't have a branch handy I used a piece of Walnut
Finish cut was cross grain with a .5mm TBN with a cut depth of .510"
The oval measures 2-3/8 x 3-3/8 x 5/8 thick

Re: Small Raccoon
Great Model! Very nicely incorporated into the frame, came out very well. The penny placement is also top notch. Great work!

Excellent Ron!
Love how you incorporated a base into it, and how you Ovalized the top part:)
Stand underneath reminds me of Japanese or Chinese display stands for Jade sculptures or Primo Bonsai stands!
Still searching for a suitable chunk of wood for that same model I bought.
Any first impressions from people who have held it?
That DOES qualify as a Tiny!
(Gotta get myself a new shiny penny..mine's getting scraggly:)
Great Job Ron!!

Re: Small Raccoon
Thanks guy’s it was a fun project and I’ll look for other files to do.
Right now I’m cutting a little Larger file.
I’m about 1/4 through the finish cut and am on line 72870!!! Gonna be a long day as I don’t tend to push things to hard.
