Steampunk Submarine II

Post by rtibbs »

Christmas being over it was time to get back to some unfinished projects.
I originally cut the Sub from pine with the intention of painting however, I didn't feel my painting skills would do it justice so I cut a second one from African Mahogany.
The Atom symbol base and Anchor were cut from Cherry as were the Thrusters. Everything was given a Lacquer finish to highlight the facets on the sub.

Well, that's as cute as can be. Really nice job with the base and mount too.
