Aluminium Sculpture
I think I posted some pics when I was machining the sections of this sculpture. It got cast in aluminium, then welded all the sections together, made the top in 5 sections and put LED in 16 of the letters with acrylic fronts, painted the lid and it now stands in front of a new school in Stockholm. It weighs just under 1 ton.
All the cutting was done using Aspire.

Re: Aluminium Sculpture
Thanks for the kind words
I made it for an artist so she gets the credit for it all from the city, as they commissioned the piece.
Its been a great project to do, glad its done and sitting in place.
