Commission from the wife: Retirement gift for her boss. Cherry with walnut burl veneer top. I made the sides and finger joints with Vectric box gadget.

Beautiful work!
Once you mentioned using walnut, my mind flashed back to a student of mine who would sneeze every time she sanded walnut. A perfect gift... one that might make your nose run, and also provide a kleenex.
