Very nice sign design. I'd like to see completed pics of it on the house. With my eyesight I have problems reading signs from a distance unless the lettering stands out quite a bit. Nowadays house signs are typically more for proudly displaying who the occupants are and when they became the owners rather than a "here is #42 Owner Street."

I like BOLD for the name and house number and THIN for the rest. :D
