This was a fun project for a company that sells mini golf arena's worldwide! They wanted a fun creative golf hole, that wasn't totally easy to score on.
So I designed up this Vacu-form mold. Some of this was done in another 3d modelling package, but the coolest parts were done in Aspire. The ability to add a draft was paramount for this! The wood texture was created by us, and used on the plank work in Aspire. The final parts were pulled from 3/16" neon green ABS plastic. These pictures are before we hardcoated the Corafoam with High build polyester primer.

Re: Mini Golf Hole
It looks great but I can't even get my mind around hitting a ball up that. Similar to the handicap ramp domes which scramble our eggs when we leave the grocery store. I love it!

That looks spectacular!
Congrats on a neat project!
I am hoping you will post a finished painted picture before you deliver.

Re: Mini Golf Hole
Lol!
By the time you add .060" of hardcoat, plus pull 3/16" styrene over it, it becomes MUCH less intense. I had to purposefully add alot of dimension to the carve!!
Ive hit a few up it, it's surprisingly easy to score!
