Single photo to relief

Hello everyone. Is there someone on the board that can take a photo and turn it into a 3d relief for me? Glad to pay if the price is affordable, i have attempted this my self but I do not have the skill yet and I don't have the time to learn on this one. Thank you for and help.

Are you looking for something to vcarve or a create a lithophane?

More of a 3d model kinda thing. Its her favorite picture and she has EDS ( genetic condition ) and may not be able to ride much longer and I wanted to make her photo into a a 24" by 16" or so 3d carving in maple if I could get a model.
