gun rack

Postby PSutter » Wed Dec 12, 2018 3:55 am

First post! This gun rack and "Robin from Becky" are made from a walnut tree that blew down in our pasture. My dad used to tell me he shot squirrels out of tree when he was a kid. He was born in 1911 so it was a while back. While planing the boards I found several bullets and was able leave one in the wood just for memories. Not sure why the pictures are turned.

Beautiful work and a great story behind the wood.

Thanks for sharing.
