Very clean cut, especially in a soft wood.

Is it out of the machine or did you sand it?

I did about 2 minutes of sanding to knock the fuzzies off. Wish I could remember where I bought the 1/8" ball nose bit. It might be a Hertel.

Very nice Randall- I did the same gryphon in Corian this weekend- my first carve with my new [to me] BT48 alpha.

Just under 0.4" so I was able to use a bit with 1/2" cutting length with no roughing pass.
