Three months and counting--hope I can make a bunch more.
This is .090" brass stock. 60 deg CMT laser point and .155 EM.
I have no idea what the alloy is, but seemed "gummy." I had to use 1500 wet n dry to smooth the burrs, then polished.
Month two is aluminum.
Month one was in bloodwood.

Hmmm, my mother used to buy them for me every year. Then she died, so I have been buying them myself. It never occurred to me to make them.
