Lighted glass Display Cabinet

Post by Will Williamson »

This is Oak Cabinet is almost 14 feet tall. The 100 year old leaded glass window, has been completely restored. Should be good for another 100 years.

Wow
Excuse my ignorance, was the window originally made for a cabinet or is it from a building?
A VERY impressive project !

This window is 100 years old It was originally made by the Munich Stained Glass Studio in Chicago Illinois in 1918.
I remove 9 of these windows from St Francis Home for orphan Boys in Detroit Mi
This is the first one that has been restored and brought back to life.

This is from the job site. The whole top of the building was burned off.

Love this story
Would you be happy to work with us to turn this into a case study on our website and other events etc?
I think this is a great way to respect history without hiding it.
