I've been doing prototype molds for a filter manufacturer the past couple of years.

Hi Jim.
The answer is no. I have 2 misters mounted on my machine. I use one for a water soluable coolant, and straight air on the other.
I only use 6061 or better aluminum which makes machining allot easier.

I run in the 150-200 ipm range for roughing and finishing.
