LED Wall Light

Post by RebeccaJ »

Hey All!

One of my favourite things in terms of home decor is LIGHTS... so I had a go at creating my own LED wall light! It's pretty simple and now that i've made it, i've done a lot of reflecting on it to make different variations! So watch this space for variations! The project is available for you to download from your V&Co account if you fancied creating your own version :)

Happy Making!

Beki: Great project and video! With a little modification it could also serve as a surround light for a dartboard. Thank you.

I get all my LED Kits https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XK ... UTF8&psc=1 at Amazom.

My big problem is the kit is cheaper than the sum of parts. So I use the electronics and a few feet of LED strip, then I have 12 feet of LEDs leftover. Right now I have 4 or 5 of these strips hanging around. :?

try a search on the forum as I am sure suppliers for LED's have been mentioned in some of the edge lit posts that have been made, lots of sellers on ebay but that can be a bit hit & miss as far as quality goes, commercial grade will be better but expect to pay a lot more for them, really depends what you want.
Sure there will be reasonable places that can be trusted on your side of the pond the same as there are in the UK

Its a roof panel for a Party Bus Rebecca so need lots of lights   Nearly 19 metres (62 feet) of LED Light strip altogether

Love the projects you are creating by the way, only thing you need to watch with battery operated LED's though is they tend to be a bit heavy on batteries
