Big Wheel Pickup Truck

A few years ago, while I was learning Rhino, some of my lessons were figuring how to model hoods and fenders on vehicles. One of my attempts was this old Ford pickup. Last month I found it in my archives and decided to enhance it and hollow it out so I could do the double side machining in Aspire.
I use MDF for the material, but need to reconsider using that stuff again. I had a lot of breakage and redo work because thin layers of that material are very brittle. I also added twice the time to the project. I decided to use the powder metal coating to give it added strength, but I think it looked better as a wood carving, so I may do a similar project, but use a wood where I won't have as much trouble and where I can leave natural. Size is 16" L x 12" W x 12" T.
