Re: Corbel Help Needed
V4.5 has the 2-rail sweep and it will work nicely for this model. That toolpath strategy has pretty much always been in Aspire.

Re: Corbel Help Needed
The 2-rail sweep is the right tool in v4.5 for this model. Not sure why you would resist it.
I don't normally provide example files any more because I think people learn better when they create the models themselves. However, I did prepare this file, using a 2-rail sweep. Notice that I made the sweep a little wider than the actual part so that the tool will deal with the edges gracefully. I would re-toolpath it if I were you as I didn't make any attempt to put in sensible numbers for the toolpaths.

Re: Corbel Help Needed
Thank you so much John! The revised Corbel is exactly what I was looking for. I've just upgraded to Aspire v9 so hopefully I will be able to cut this part.
Re: Corbel Help Needed
Steve, also appreciate your help! I'm eager to learn and appreciate everyone's help as I push myself into new territory. I will study both and will try to accomplish on my own. Thanks again, Eric
