Here are a few pics of interior doors I built for myself. The door are knotty alder and the corner blocks are black stained birds eye maple.
As they say a mans home is his castle.

Could I ask how you layout the door. I know the models are purchased but could you share the
other parts and how you did them. It appears they are not 1 piece. How thick are they.

Don,

I have a full blown custom cabinet/millwork shop. I manufacture all cabinet doors / interior and exterior doors in house.
These doors are 1 3/8" thick 9 piece construction. I run the panel detail on the shaper then layout the artwork on the panels and cnc prior to assembley.

It makes for a unique door.

oh be still my heart.. . what i wouldn't do to be set up to make panel doors. Great work.
