You could clean up the vector image a lot more, would save you a lot of time sanding it to get rid of some bumps. But it looks great already.

Very, very nice! Well executed.

While looking at it, I had a thought (yea, yea, I know that is dangerous)...

Why not create it using half lap joints? You could use a bit thicker stock and make it a bit more substantial looking AND you would not have to contend with plywood edges!

Just a thought, like I said.
