Been a while since i posted some work but i really liked this fluting file we did, walls can be very profitable and we have done it long enough to be specified by Architects, material is HDF and finish is Sherwin Wiliiams Automotive

VERY nice!!! :)
I like the open spaces have on the effect.
Was there more than 1 BallNose diameter used? Or just the depth variance?
A wall would be a pretty big Tiling job on the Desktop :D

The bit is .5 ball nose, actually a very simple file to do

Is HDF a plastic or a type of fiber board?

HDF , Is High density fiber, just like MDF but has a higher concentration of adhesive to make it harder, it is used for mdf doors and simulated raised panels and applications where the user wants a finer finish than MDF

When ordering it it is called "Door Grade"mdf as most sales staff have no idea of the terminology. Remember one can use MDF for this work but it may fuzz more and require more sanding after priming.
