Second one, I had the middle finger done a few years back.
Works wonders!

ha ha, trigger finger surgery while you're cutting out a gun.

Seriously, is that a big deal to get done? My little finger is curling up for a few years now, thinking about having it looked at.

67.5 caliber
Tops will be cut off and replaced with walnut.
Hickory wood
Still have to engrave on the bottom, too!

Cut the medallion in wax.
(for the stocks)
Ready to make the mold.
Will be cold casting in steel and brass.

Prototyping...
To many air bubbles in the medallion.
Redo in different casting material.
This is brass will do steel, and copper.

Had a little extra Walnut laying around...

Had to machine it in two pieces as my machine does not go that big!
Lined up really well!
