Hi everyone!
Wanted to share a carving job with all of you!
It is a decorative header board for a display cabinet and the size is 46" long x 10" high and is a compilation of 4 different clipart models that have been cut up, distorted, sculpted and added to with my own little touches. I did this project to teach myself more about 3D work..... I really enjoyed doing this and can't wait to do more.

That is beautiful. How much machine time was required? What router bits did you use to get that level of detail? DId you do both roughing and finish paths. I assume you did a cut out pass with tabs. How many tabs did you need to prevent this breaking off prematurely? Would you post the aspire files you used to get this result for me to use?

Total curiosity - how long did this job take?
What thickness material did you use?
Did one set of cutters hold for the entire job?
Was any hand finishing required once off the machine?
Please post a pic of the final item once installed if your client would let you.....
Man, just looking at it makes the questions come flooding in.
Great work on the design & machining.
