Hunter's Lodge Sign

Post by DDWALKER »

This sign is my favorite one I have done to date.

The small "logs" holding the center section of the sign worked out really well. I used my spindle sander to create small semi-circles in inner and outer rings of the sign and then glued in walnut dowels to hold the rings together. The acrylic insert in the center of the sign was cut on my laser using a design created for plasma cutting.

Thanks for looking,
David

That is a very cool way of suspending the centre.

A great sign all around. I love the antler bracket.

Yup, nice way of holding the center piece. I'm gonna steal it!

Thanks for posting that,
