Sculpt Nouveau Users

Hey All,

Just a note to all the Sculpt Nouveau users.
I order some last month.

I just got time to use it yesterday.
Had a problem though...

I live in Minnesota, up here it is -1.1 degree right now.
When I ordered the Sculpt Nouveau it was about -20 degrees.

My order must have gotten frozen, as it was with UPS for 11 days.
The Metal coatings WILL NOT work if they freeze.
I was not aware of this.
I was reading the label on the metal coatings and it says, do not freeze!

I have not contacted Sculpt Nouveau yet, as it is to early for them, as I am CSTime.
I will keep you posted on what we did to rectify the situation.

Just a warning to all the people who are LUCKY enough to live in the cold climates!

Two of the metal coatings look like they may be usable. (Silver and Bronze)

Well, just a update on my Sculpt Nouveau.

Talked with Debbie and she said they are going to send me a whole
new Metal Coating kit!

That is what I call customer service!
