Texture mapping
Texture mapping
Can anyone help with a texture mapping question? I am trying to map a component texture created in aspire from a Jpeg, onto a simple raised disk. The texture map is square and the disk is round. How can I cover the disk only and not the surrounding area with the map. any help would be welcome to this newby.

Copy the texture Component into the Working Model and then draw or select the vector which represents the area you want to limit the texture inside of and click on the "Clear working model out of the selected vectors" icon under the Modelling Tools section. This should delete the part of the texture outside the vector and then you can make it back into a new Component.
