Toolpathing Hair vectors that continue off the Head

This image shows my Lincoln model that I'm trying to toolpath with 1/8" ballnose for beard and clothes, and 15-degree V-bit for Hair and Beard. There's a lot I don't know.
Lincoln Modeled to achieve V-bit 15-deg on Hair and Beard.JPG
1. Since the hair runs off the head, the Heights change and I get this 2nd image from the toolpaths:
Lincoln 3D Finish of Head 1st--.125 Ballnose. Loses Hair height.JPG

2. If I do the head first and make boundary for the Hair, it cuts away where the hair should add on.

3.If I Boundary just the head with the Finish tool. then try to add beard or hair v-bits, I only get the 2D vector used to permit the 3D Toolpath.

I'm wanting to make the first image with the V-bit limit heights correct. Thanks for any straightening me out.

If you already have the model of the face and are trying to add the hair, try putting a check mark in the "Project toolpath onto 3d model" checkbox.

You need to have a base for the hair to sit on.

When I look closely at the model there is a very apparent top of skull line, that line has to go away. you need to add a component that blends with the skull near the start of the hairline on the forehead and gracefully tapers to where the hair meets the base plane.
