Hello Mark.

I have just been looking through our support system for emails from yourself but we do not appear to have anything sent to Support@vectric.com on this issue from your email address.
Can you please try sending your files to us once more, many thanks
Charlotte

Hello Charlotte,
We had an email server issue where all responses could not get to us.

There was a typo in the return address on the exchange server that is now fixed.

Sorry for the confusion...

Vectric was very quick to find the root cause and recommend a solution.
We are very happy with the quality of support they provided on this ticket.

The root cause:
- One of the components was actually inverted. Somehow along the way when building it, it got inverted, and caused the anomaly.

The fix:
- Recreate the component and make sure the height is not inverted. (We will have to test this in the coming days to be sure)

Here is the Vectric response (great tip included):

"It started with making the part with a Negative side slope (-60 degree) instead of the intended 60 degree angle.
Then to Correct this at a later point the part was given a negative height Which ended up giving it what appeared to be a "Positive" height over all.
Then when it was baked, this oddity became obscured and harder to identify.
When smoothing though, this became outstanding as you saw."
