Any good sharp mill should do, corian machines beautifully.

Might have to pay attention to RPM until you zero in on the sweet spot, you'll want to be creating chips not dust.
If you get dust that means either the bit is not sharp, your RPM's are not optimal, or both.
I go by pitch so can't really tell you what I use - Feed speed could be a factor as well depending upon what you are doing.

I use the Vortex 4233 for Corian, and it works really well.

V bits work great, end mills seem to work better because no grain to worry about. Can be messy, and needs good dust collector

I like the look of that Vortex 4233 bit, so ordered one.
I work with acrylic alot so might give it a test on that.
