Is there a way to resize frame images to different shapes while maintaining interior border thickness without reprogramming. For example, if I had a square frame with an interior measurement 1 inch border, if I stretch it I would lose the 1 inch border and have to reprogram it again. Very familiar with offset tool however my items have other details inside that makes this tool ineffective.

You would have to resize the inner and outer parts separately to maintain the gap. Aspire is not parametric so it doesn't maintain relationships between different geometry.
