I'm having trouble downloading aspire 9, which I recently purchased, I'm using a surface book. I can download the installer but as soon as I try to run it comes out as another program. Ive tried to save as, save but it keeps on coming up as another cabinet software program (KCDW) when I use save as only the KCDW option comes out. any ideas

Did you download v9 trough your portal that's the way I downloaded mine and evething work like it should
I do not know why you are getting a different program
