found a toolpath simulator and It Looks Perfect...

Hey WD thanks for the link on the simulator. Works pretty good even with larger files.

Glad I could return the help. Im looking forward to trying this out. Could an 1/8 BN end Mill work on this as well ? that would give me broader lines if it would work..

Possibly but I think you may get some unexpected results with a ball nosed cutter. Worth a shot though on some scrap.

If you can lay out the screw hole accurately, you could have your machine drill your mounting holes for you to use as hold downs for your part.
