VGroove

Post by DEdwards »

This might be the dumbest question asked on this forum, but I have been asked to do VGroove. I wanted to double check with everyone to make sure that VGroove means VCarve and not Prism Carving.

Thank you for the help and sorry for the dumb question

It could also mean the type of toolpath that is used in photovcarve as that is a series of v grooves or it might just be engraving with a v-bit with a profile vector.

Need a bit more context to be sure.

You are correct, it is engraving with a v-bit with a profile vector, I am just constantly second guessing myself not sure that I am doing the right thing. Thank you very much for your help and I am sure I will be here again.

Thank you
