postprocessors

Post by jhowelb »

Just purchased a laser for wood burning and am trying to find a way to edit the post processor file to write appropriate G code but the pdf provided in Aspire help makes referance to .pp files that do not exist on my computer.

Can anyone shed some light on this subject?

They will exist but you might not be looking in the right place. On the File menu in Aspire click on Open Application Data Folder. That will open a window with few folders. One of those is called PostP and the post processors are in there.

You will only see the .pp bit on the end of the file name if you changed the Windows defaults to show file extensions.
