I purchased the CPP software from his site and the site crashed on returning to it from PayPal. I have not gotten any response from Ryan after trying through all the forums, the info@cpp email, as well as his gmail address? Don't know what to do here or where to go for some assistance? I was able to download the demo so I may just need another activation key from him? Thanks!

Not everyone works 7 days a week. Give him a few days and you should get a reply.

He's been known to be very, very slow replying to customers.
