Adjusting Estimated Machining Time

Is there a way to adjust estimated Machining Time to match my machine ?

A search for "scale factor" shows James Booth's explanation for adjusting the time.
Slowly I turned...

Time the actual cutting time for a job.
Open the job in Aspire.
Click on Estimated Machine Time icon.
Adjust the Scale Factor until the estimated time matches the time it actually took to cut.
Use that scale factor for future jobs.

Some people like to have a different scale factor for 2D work, 3D work, and a mix of 2D/3D.

it really depends on the job. the more z action the more off it will become usually.
